Foam Wrap

We carry two different types of Foam Wrap to satisfy your protection needs.  Select the type of foam and thickness that will meet your requirements.  If you have any questions or would like help in the selection process, please contact us as indicated below and we will be happy to assist you.

POLYPROPYLENE FOAM WRAP (MICROFOAM)

Nothing prevents marring, scratching and bruising of finished surfaces like MICROFOAM.  This product is designed to move against a corrugated carton while resisting sliding on smooth or polished surfaces like metal, plastic, wood, ceramic and glass.  Because it breathes it will not tarnish surfaces, cloud lacquered finishes, harm live plants upon direct contact or damage fresh produce.  In addition, MICROFOAM protects against moisture, provides a very high R-rating for insulation, does not support growth of fungi or bacteria, is clean and dust-free and performs within a wide temperature range (-250ºF to +250ºF).

POLYETHYLENE FOAM WRAP (ASTRO–FOAM)

When you need a product that is stronger or more resistant to tearing, ASTRO-FOAM is the better choice.  This product provides non-abrasive surface protection that won't scratch or mar surface finishes.  This product is flexible enough to conform to nearly any product shape and possesses a good memory to allowing it to spring back to it's original shape.  In addition, ASTRO-FOAM provides a clean attractive appearance, is lint free, will not leave trace residues and provides excellent thermal insulating properties.

Bundles are perforated every 12" but can be special ordered with 6" perforation.

We will be happy to have your bundles slit to any width – additional lead time will be required.
